Sourdough Boule

Proofed in a basket, the coils provide a beautiful shape and pattern to tangy sourdough bread. Hollow out and fill with sandwich meats, cheese, olives and tomatoes for a muffuletta.

French dough, cheddar cheese, sliced fresh jalapeno peppers, and red bell pepper produce a tasty blend of flavors and a bit of zest. Hollow out boule and add your favorite chili for a special mealtime.
